The car is a 1935 Chevrolet Master, the model ED which has the straight front axle, visible in this photo. The model EA had the knee action front suspension which was $20 extra. The 1935 is easily distinguished from the similar looking 1936 models because the 1935 has suicide front doors, and the '36 has conventional opening front doors, although retains suicide rear doors.
