The number plates on the cars means it is not earlier than mid 1956 but the fourth car back on the right, an Austin A40 Farina, makes it not earlier than 1958. There are several different Hillman Minx/Humber 80 variants in view and one of them may make it later.
Unfortunately there is not enough visible of the Vintage car on the left in front of the A40 Devon to identify it.
