buses from the Northcote Wharf, Auckland

Two photos about 15 years apart showing traffic from the Northcote Wharf, which is on the tip of the little peninsular that is now the north end of the Auckland Harbour Bridge.  Between the two photos the road has been paved and horse-drawn vehicles replaced with motor vehicles, although it's hard to tell if the the further away vehicle in the first photo is motorised or horse-drawn. See also the post from 20 January.
