ZiU was a Soviet trolleybus manufacturer and the ZiU stands for Zavod imeni Uritskogo (in Russian Завод имени Урицкого, ЗиУ), which translates as Plant named after Uritskiy (
Moisei Uritsky, a Russian revolutionary). A total of 20 Ziu vehicles entered service in Burgas. This is really fleet number 15 and is a 1989 ZiU-682B0А
