Having mentioned Windhuk (Windhoek) here is a photo taken in Kaiserstrasse showing the German colonial architecture that is a feature of what is now Namibia. As mentioned in an earlier post, it was Deutsche Südwest-Afrika until 1919, when it was occupied by South Africa until 1990.
