Barclay narrow gauge 0-4-0WT from 1931


WT = well tank, a tank locomotive whose water is stored in a 'well' on the underside of the locomotive, generally between the frames. A scene of the 1ft 10¾ inch (578 mm) gauge railway of the Penrhyn Slate Quarry, Wales, late 1950s. Some info on this webpage.
