A Pennsylvania Railroad passenger train is about to depart Columbus, Ohio, hauled by a 4-4-2 steam locomotive. The Pennsy's division west of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was called the Pan Handle Division as it passed through the pan handle of West Virginia.
