This has also been around the web for a while, but it is real: the Topsy-Turvy School Bus was created by art car shape-shifter Tom Kennedy, commissioned by Ben & Jerry’s’ founder, ice cream maverick Ben Cohen to demonstrate how topsy-turvy Federal budget priorities are in America.
