Nollendorfplatz, Berlin, a century ago

a postcard from 1903
a postcard from 1910
The elevated U-Bahn bridge and the ornate Nollendorf station with its domed roof were features of this square in Berlin.  The area was destroyed in WW2 and rebuilt in a much less ornate fashion. The U-Bahn lines are still there but the trams have gone.
