we've arrived in ... where?

It seems that the Wellington Airport Company has decided to go ahead with its silly proposal to put a sign reading Wellywood on the embankment at the north end of the airport, styled after the one in Hollywood.  Although Wellington is the centre of the country's movie industry which has worked on some major international films, there is a lot more to the city than that.

But if these people are insistent in renaming the city, could they not at least come up with their own typography instead of the same as that used in the Hollywood sign?  A multi-national advertising agency could come up with something for $300,000; an under-employed graphic designer could do something as good or better for $50.
