These A1-1A type diesel-mechanical railcars were built in a run of 50 units by Ateliers Germain at Monceau-sur-Sambre. The motor was a Brossel 8 D 120 B inline 8 cylinder with an output power of 166 hp. The length was 16 metres and and the tare weight 32.4 tonnes. All were withdrawn in 1971 and 2 are preserved.
