I would have said Bedford with Hawke bodywork , the bt51 was a mid mounted engine if memory serves, NZRRS had quite few and some private operators .
My Oldman drove these in tokoroa they were used for kinleith workers at the time early 80s Bedford SB3 used for school runs.
