It may not have a top. There is no sign of the mechanism - unless it is hidden in the back. Still working on what it is - probably German. There were many makes sued the pointed vee radiator.
It appears to be a circa 1921 AGA (Autogen-Gas-Akkumulator) 6/16 PS Typ A Phaeton, with the oval AGA emblem on the radiator instead of the more familiar 'A' emblem on either side of the vee-shaped radiator. Built in Berlin.
