Seen between Mont-Dore and Laqueille on a gradient of 3.5% near la Bourboule. This autorail was part of the series 5101 to 5113 and 5201 to 5208. They were delivered to the SNCF by Renault over 1938-1939. One unit was destroyed during WW2 and two others had accidents before 1950.
The reamining 18 were withdrawn between 1969 and 1976. Photo by Marcel Aubert in September 1965.
