It is a pre WW2 Wolseley. They produced a complex range of models in that era, some of which continued in production after the war. They were all essentially badge engineered Morris cars. I noticed this one has suicide front doors and conventional rears, which eliminates most of the bigger models. I think this one is a circa 1937 14/56.
