Portland, Oregon, streetcar

At the corner of SW 10th and West Burnside.  The Powell's bookstore opposite occupies a whole block.  All this vehicle needs is a stripe of black and it would qualify for Wellington livery. :-) See the earlier post. (Geoff Churchman pic)
