Rio Grande lash-up at Princeton, Colorado, 1990

On the now unused Tennessee Pass route.  From right to left: GP40, SD50, GP40, GP40 (in MPI = Motive Power Industries livery.)

  1. The lead unit is a MPI SD-45 not a GP-40. The flared radiators are the giveaway here.

  2. I should have been more specific and said the MPI unit was a former SD-45, rebuilt as a SD-40M-2 that retained the -45 flared Radiators. Definitely not a Geep.
