The Chiemseebahn is only 1.91 km in length between Prien am Chiemsee and Prien-Stock on the lake front where there is a connection for tourists on the pier. Top speed of this engine engine was 15 km/h (now stated to be 20 km/h), and was rated at 60 steam horsepower. A new boiler in 1957 increased this to 100 hp.
