Hollis Street station, Nashua, New Hampshire, 1900s

The Boston & Maine?

"In the late [19th century] there were about 1,200 miles [2,000 km] of railroad in New Hampshire built by over two dozen railroad companies (rough number). Despite the mileage, the railroads only connected 25%-30% of the communities in the state. Today, 38% of that 1,200 mile network remains (approx. 450 miles)."
