Egypt’s upscale spaces ban hijabi women

And Egypt is a predominately Muslim country.  But what would happen if an establishment in America did this? Well, no need to speculate: seven women are suing Urth Caffe in Laguna Beach L.A. for discrimination, alleging they were targeted last month for being "visibly Muslim" while wearing head scarves and ordered to leave the restaurant before they finished eating.

They weren't banned from entering; only told to adhere to the cafe's 45-minute seating policy at peak times.

No surprise that the Council on American Islamic Relations or CAIR is behind it, as this organisation constantly publicly whines about the slightest incident that it can possibly distort to its legal advantage.
