With the fire station across the street. Obviously a city beginning with P - Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Portland....?

    That's Portland, Oregon Station 1 on Pacific Highway West, along the Willamette River. The street is narrow there now. Where the ALF ladder is driving is now part of Waterfront Park.
