the summer railway carriage of the Viceroy of Egypt, 1858

According to the caption.  It looks grandiose although the suspension on early carriages wasn't great for comfort.

At the time Egypt was part of the Ottoman Empire.  Viceroy is the English translation of the Turkish term the rulers of Egypt used for themselves of Khedive from 1805 (not officially recognised by the Empire until 1867).
