who's the culprit then?


Up until about 2000 the photocopier was the most expensive piece of office equipment we had, ahead of computers.  Then when it became possible to scan and either e-mail documents to most customers, or print them on an inkjet printer, we got rid of it, saving big bucks.  The amounts we paid to Canon in the 15 prior years for the photocopier and servicing it are still painful to think about...  (from a viral e-mail)
