It is a White WC-22. From what I could find the model was produced from 1949 to 1959 and used a side valve six cylinder petrol engine of about 6 litres.
An interesting mix of pre and post WW2 cars there. Easily identifiable at front 1930 Dodge fitted with modern sealed beam headlights, 1951 Dodge Kingsway, circa 1936 Austin 7 Opal convertible and next to it an Austin A70 Hampshire.
