strange advert for a late 1900s Humber Tourer


"No dust, no noise" - oh yeah?  L'entente cordiale was a term used in the mid to late-19th century and early 20th century by France and the UK to signify the end of antagonism over the sharing of Africa after centuries of rivalry and conflict, but here it seems to indicate a cop seducing a maid from the car on the roadside - while another races out of the bushes waving a red flag...
