Portland Lumber Company Baldwin 0-4-4-0, Oregon

According to the caption, the company's third Baldwin and 0-4-4-0 suggests a Mallet.

    Originally 0-6-2T Steam Dummy Baldwin #9973 4/1889 new for the Willamette Bridge Co, cut down to 0-4-2T as Yeon&Pelton #3.
