A Toonerville Trolley is the American equivalent term for what in German is called a Bimmelbahn, named after the long running cartoon strip Toonerville Folks. This one in Newberry, Michigan, is 2ft (610 mm) gauge and 5.5 miles (8.9 km) long, apparently the longest such line in the U.S.
