Seen in Nordmalmstorg in Stockholm. The Capitol was a shorter version of the Metropol, in turn based on a Mack design, as the Metropol, with its long American wheelbase, was not ideally suited to Swedish conditions. This was the first Scania fitted with airbag suspension.
