Pedantic, I know; but what caught my eye was the spelling of Busses in the logo. Even in the US, famous for its modification of the English language, buses is a far more common spelling; I know that from having spent most of two decades over there. The 'two-s' spelling is rarely seen in the rest of the English-writing world. But the two 's-es' come in handy sometimes; The Guardian's style book notes: buses, bussed, bussing.

ReplyDeleteYes, this is one instance where Americans' spelling has been (mostly) modified because of the spelling in other English speaking countries.
