Argentine ship 'Presidente Sarmiento', 1897

This was built as a training ship for the Argentine Navy, named after Domingo Faustino Sarmiento, the seventh President of Argentina, and finally withdrawn in 1961.  She is now a museum ship in Buenos Aires.
