So say Louis CK and Mic Wright of the Telegraph (UK) - and so do we.  When as many as 1 person in 5 in the world has become fixated by a 5" electronic screen it's hard to avoid the conclusion that the progress of mankind has reached a zenith and is now on the devolutionary slide.
