We're not actually sure what they are, the one nearest the camera could be a mid-1950s DKW, a reader will know. According to this Hjerkinn is the highest point on Riksvei 50 and that is given on this at 1,026 metres elevation. There is also a railway line through here, the Dovrebanen, and the Hjerkinn Station is 1,017 metres (3,337 ft) above sea level.
