Picton, the ferry terminal in the Marlborough Sounds, has two railway stations: one the KiwiRail station which serves the Coastal Pacific to Christchurch and the other is the station for the foreshore miniature railway, called Picton-on-Sea. Here a scale model based on no NZR prototype, but reminiscent of the front end of a Dj, moves passengers around the circuit.
