Yes, most of the buildings in the first picture have been replaced. Only the Alexander and Baldwin Building (on the left) and the Dillingham Transportation Building (on the lower right) still exist. Alexander and Baldwin (a real estate company that still grows sugar on Maui) has its headquarters in that building. The Dillingham building is now an office building, part of the Pacific Guardian Center complex. -- Dexter Wong Honolulu, HI
