Kapspur, i.e. 3'6" gauge. "View from K.M. 7 in the direction of Setjang"- K.M. 7 may be a reference to a kilometre post?
Setjang is still spelt that way, but more commonly Secang, Djocja is now spelt Djokja, near Yogyakarta and Willem I is probably what is now known as Ambarawa, where there is a railway museum. Info
