National Airlines was founded in 1934 and was headquartered on the grounds of Miami International Airport. It lasted as an independent airline until 1980 when it was absorbed into Pan Am.
This advert must be for services to Havana from New York, it wouldn't take 5 hours from Miami. The Cuban service had to be cancelled in 1961.
