What better way to arrive in the world's most picturesque city? The railway bridge was built in 1846, has a total length of 3.605 km, has 210 x 10 metre arches and a deck width of 9 metres. At the end of it is the Venezia Santa Lucia terminal station. At the time of this artwork the electric catenary had yet to be erected.
