'open the window, there are some classic vehicles outside'


A view taken of Wellington's Post Office Square in 1940, showing the General Post Office on the left which gave the square its name; gone today, although the kiosk in the centre is still there as is the Government Life (now Tower) building which was only a couple of years old at the time.
