Czechoslovak bus and railcar, late 1950s

A posed publicity photo showing a Skoda 706 RTO bus (manufactured 1958-1977) and a M262 class diesel-electric railcar (Bo-2 type) set of which 250 were made by Kralovopolska in Brunn and Vagonka Tatra in Studenka between 1949 and 1960.  Their engine output was 302 kW, top speed 90 km/h, 56 second class seats. The red flags on the bus and the red star on the railcar make the nature of the regime in power fairly obvious! The photo was probably intended for trade fair use.
