A postcard from about a century ago showing what we would call motorised jiggers, albeit with roofs. Were these intended as inexpensive passenger trains? As mentioned earlier, the Colorado and Southern had 3ft narrow gauge lines in the mountains, but Eldorado Springs (south of Boulder) was on the standard gauge lines.
