Milton, 1926

As those who have our books know, this is a station on the Main South Line of the SIMT, and between 1907 and 1960 was the starting point for the Roxburgh Branch.

This Percy Godber photo from 1926 looking southwest shows the station which is equipped with Refreshment Rooms and even a bookstall.  Today there is the mainline, a siding or two, the remains of the platform, and that's about all.
