HMNZS Kiwi

 
The second NZ Navy vessel of this name (the first was a minesweeper from 1941), the Kiwi was a patrol boat built by the Whangarei Engineering and Construction Company and commissioned on 2 September 1984.  She served 22 years based at Lyttelton until 2006 when she was relocated to Auckland. She was decommissioned the following year on 11 December 2007.
