As a comparison to the previous post... Roman Formula One!
One of the more interesting programs on the History Channel is Time Team where a group of UK archeologists get a few days to excavate an historic site to understand what was there once before - and then restore the site to the way it was.
However, this pic is from this article on the race to save for permanent viewing the UK's only Roman chariot racetrack at Colchester.
