At top is an undated publicity postcard, featuring a double-headed steam train, for this operation in the French speaking part of Switzerland, and a photo taken in the same place with an ex-Geneva electric tram (from 1911) in 1976. The Blonay–Chamby museum railway is a circa 3 km steep but adhesion worked metre gauge line forming part of the Blonay-Chamby Railway Museum using vintage steam and electric locomotives and rolling stock. It connects with other railways at both ends: at its upper terminus of Chamby with the Montreux Oberland Bernoise (see earlier post) and at the lower end of Blonay with the Vevey-Les Pleiades, Chemin de fer électriques Veveysans, line.
