DDL of Denmark was founded in 1918 and claimed to be the world's oldest aviation operator, although it didn't start its first scheduled route until August 1920. It became part of Scandinavian Airlines in 1946.
The poster from 1936 probably shows a Fokker F.XII tri-motor, the newest aircraft it had at the time.
