Finnish railway plaque

This plaque on the Oulu station in Finland again relates to WW2: the movement of children between 1939 when Stalin invaded Finland and 1947 when the children returned.  As in Poland, Stalin took a large slice of Finland at the end of WW2 for his Soviet empire, although surprisingly his communists stayed out of the rest of Finland, unlike in Poland and other east European countries.
