Helsingborg then and now

Helsingborg in Sweden is a 20 minute ferry trip from Helsingør in Denmark across the Øresund strait about 4 km to the southwest.  In the older view a Danish ferry is arriving. Later in the 20th century the roll-on roll-off type were developed and used extensively by both road and rail vehicles, although the opening of the Øresund bridge between Malmö in Sweden and Copenhagen in Denmark has reduced the rail traffic quite substantially.
