Tucumcari train station, New Mexico, pre- and post-1926

At the time it served the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad and the Southern Pacific as a division point and transfer stop on the joined transcontinental services and did so until these trains were discontinued in 1968.

It is now in Union Pacific territory which in 2002 donated it to the City. The City then turned it into a railroad museum, this work being completed in 2015.
