Starrucca Viaduct, Erie Lackawanna

An undated postcard view of this viaduct in Pennsylvania, built in 1848, the world's largest stone viaduct at the time: 110 ft (33.5 metres) high, 1200 ft (366 metres) long with 18 arches of 50 ft (15.2 metres).  Erie Lackawanna became part of Conrail in 1976. The viaduct is still used by the Norfolk Southern Railway.
