SNCF 230 D
Or in English/American terminology, a 10-wheeler. A total 150 of these were built between 1908 and 1912 for La Compagnie des chemins de fer du Nord, numbered 3.513 to 3.662. From 1 January 1938, they became SNCF 230 D 1 to 149. They were used until the mid-1960s. Two are preserved.

convoy of refugee buses gets 'allahu akbar' treatment by Syrian rebels
A Muslim suicide bomber with a car packed with explosives did this to refugees (apparently they belonged to the shiite rather than the sunni sect) from the besieged towns of Al-Fou’aa and Kafraya on Saturday making a brief stop in the Al-Rashideen area of Aleppo; as is obvious the number of fatalities was substantial.
